Dear leader and founder of Gods Amongst Men (GAM), I , Syrik Bannon 2nd in command of Black Rose have
been commanded by our leader Dunavan MacBloke of Dragon Vale to write, sign, and deliver this proposal of a treaty and trade
agreement. From long hours of thought Dunavan and I have come to the conclusion that the moraly stronger guilds need to come
together to save the dwindling market. As we are sure you have noticed that many "anonymous" people have come around to destroy
this market. As a standard in our guild we give our members a 25% discount on items sold and a 50 gold reduction on resources
sold. We propose that Black Rose members and Gods Amongst Men members keep the 50 gold discount on resources with eachother
as well as a 10% discount on items sold...these suggestions are also to be minumums where as any member can give larger discounts
to one another but to no one else not in the current guild trade agreement. Also required of this agreement is that any player
seen condoning market death not be dealt with by ANY of the members of either guild. There is one exception to this rule...a
player may purchase an item that is considerably too low to stop it from going into the hands of players who would buy it
for personal gain thus causing market decline. How would this work you ask? Well if members buy a "cheaper" item for sake
of the market then they are to be forced to REsell that item for atleast it minimum market value and pay 25% of the profits
to the guild leader. If one of the Guild Commanders buys the item then he also must resell for atleast minimum market value
and give a 10% treaty dues from the profit to the other Guild Commander. Doing this will bring not only wealth but stabilization
to a market we r slowly losing. Also I mentioned a proposal of a treaty. This treaty will be quite simple. We only propose
that we as moral guilds stand firm on what this game is about NO MATTER the consequence. If this means iggying even some of
the higher players then so be it WE have to be the ones to set the example for future members and players. Part of this will
require c/p text form troublesome members of eachothers guilds and the Commander upholding to the necesary punishment for
the offense. Our guild does not hold many members yet but one day soon hopes to. I have and will continue to remove the trouble
makers and immature players from my guild and only ask that you do the same. I am also a second cances leader and always allow
members a second chance for minor to moderate offenses. Today is a new day and WE as quality guilds need to build this game
to be a quality game that we can once again enjoy without needing to worry about "noobs" ruining it for us. As LEADERS we
need to take the initiative to build the "new players" and put "noobs" in their place. It seems like a lot to ask in this
Trade Agreement / Treaty but if we would just work together to make it work then we can form a NEW Ogre Island. Your Friend
